Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant in the United Kingdom. You’ll move between restocking shelves and tills, delivering quick, friendly service, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organised.

You’ll work with retail colleagues to provide customers with the service they deserve. In return we offer an hourly rate of £13.45–£14.45 for a 35-hour contract, plus 30–35 days holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme and enhanced family leave.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility to start early or finish late.
• Positive attitude and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping customers with questions and requests
• Efficiently handle deliveries as they arrive in-store
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Keep bakery reliably stocked with fresh goods
• Merchandise and maintain middle aisles of Non-Food products
