Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant to join our store team in the UK. You will help customers, restock deliveries and keep the store clean and well organised, delivering excellent service across shifts.

The role includes a generous pro rata holiday entitlement, in-store discount, enhanced family leave, and pension benefits. Bank holidays receive uplifted pay and night shifts have additional rates.

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment

• Flexibility to start early or finish late

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, queries and requests
• Efficiently handle deliveries as they arrive in store
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times
• Keep the bakery fresh by baking and replenishing goods
• Merchandise and maintain middle aisles of Non-Food products
