Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd. is seeking a friendly retail colleague to join our stores in the United Kingdom.

You will help customers with transactions, share product knowledge and promote the Dobbies Club membership to drive sales. You will work on the shop floor and in other areas as required, including stock handling, cash handling, and restaurant services, in a busy, friendly team environment where every colleague helps deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Experience in a customer facing role.

• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service across store transactions.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and promoting the Dobbies Club membership.
• Assist customers with queries using product knowledge.
• Support store cleanliness and upkeep with the team.
• Work on shop floor and in other areas, including stock, cash handling, and deliveries.

• Giving great customer service by helping customers with various transactions across the store
• Driving sales through customer interactions, whilst promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership
• Offering a helping hand with customer queries through great product knowledge
• Working with your team to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of your store
• You will also work on the shopfloor and other areas of the store as and when required, this may include working stock, cash handling, take to car deliveries, stock control routines, restaurant services - an ideal opportunity to gain more skills and experience
