Retail Customer Advisor

Our Retail Customer Advisors play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our stores - driving sales, promoting customer loyalty, and ensuring high department standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with transactions across the store.
  2. Driving sales through customer interactions and promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership.
  3. Addressing customer queries using great product knowledge.
  4. Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the store in collaboration with your team.
  5. Working on the shopfloor and other areas as required, including stock handling, cash handling, take-to-car deliveries, stock control routines, and restaurant services—an excellent opportunity to gain new skills and experience.
