Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) is seeking a Solutions Architect focused on Retail and Consumer Goods across the United Kingdom and Ireland. You’ll engage with customers to shape cloud architectures that enable growth, cost optimization, and innovation.

Based in Manchester or London, you’ll collaborate with Account Managers, Specialist teams and technical staff to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using AWS services and AI/ML capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• Knowledge of AWS services and cloud architectures.
• Ability to engage with customers up to the C-suite and translate business outcomes into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture reviews and design sessions with Retail and CPG customers.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Identify new technical opportunities aligned to business objectives, including Agentic AI use cases.
• Design customer solutions considering extensibility, scalability and maintainability.
• Share customer voice to inform AWS feature roadmaps.
• Create reusable architectures and reference implementations.
