Retail Cover Supervisor (Full time), Crawley

Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Retail Cover Supervisor to join our team in Crawley. You will also support other stores including Brighton, Horsham, Kingston, Sutton, and Epsom.

This is a part-time, permanent position offering 35-40 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.41 plus non-contractual sales commission. Candidates with a full UK driving license are preferred due to store coverage requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open and close stores, including cashing up and administrative duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote products.
• Support sales targets and KPIs, assist team members, and ensure proper store merchandising.
• Manage stock deliveries, handle customer queries, and maintain store presentation.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous supervisory retail experience, including cashing up and banking.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work 35-40 hours weekly, including weekends, and travel to multiple stores.
