Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking an Operations Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and deliver improvements across our retail network. You will simplify ways of working, boost efficiency and embed standardised, sustainable processes that enhance partner experience and customer outcomes.

Field-based with 3 days out in the business, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply CI methodologies, and leverage data to drive measurable improvements across multi-site operations in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Experience driving operational excellence across retail and multi-site environments.
• Proven track record delivering sustainable change that improves efficiency and performance.
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights and influence stakeholders.
• Highly organised, delivery-focused and capable of leading end-to-end improvement initiatives.
• Hospitality or QSR experience and formal CI/Lean qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in continuous improvement and lean thinking to identify root causes and scalable solutions.
• Apply CI tools to reduce waste, variation and complexity in retail operations.
• Use data and insights to diagnose problems, measure impact and sustain improvements.
• Translate CI outcomes into commercial results including productivity, sales and customer experience.
• Lead and develop a small CI team, building capability and driving change.
