Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the implementation of the company’s CI methodology across its Kegworth site. You will drive performance improvements in quality, safety and efficiency, coaching cross-functional teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Proven experience delivering operational improvement programmes in manufacturing.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve improvements.
Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects.
Passion for driving change and embedding CI culture.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation of CI methodology across site.
Identify opportunities for improvement across quality, safety, service, efficiency.
Lead projects from concept to implementation with on-time delivery and budgets.
Coach teams and build continuous improvement capability across the site.
Support health and safety improvements and risk reduction initiatives.
Drive improvements in OEE, waste, efficiency, product quality, and service.
