At Checkout.com we are looking for an Interim Content Design Manager to lead our talented Content Design team for a 12‑month maternity cover. You will be responsible for a team of four Content Designers, ensuring they continue to build the next generation of financial products and online payment solutions through human‑centered, empathetic, and intuitive design. As a manager you’ll be a coach, a strategic partner to Product and Engineering, and will always have an eye on how we can evolve our craft.
We are looking for a leader who is a seasoned expert in Content Design and genuinely excited by the frontier of AI and automation. You should be able to demonstrate how you’ve used these technologies to sharpen team processes, scale impact, or improve the user experience.
The Team You’ll lead a dedicated squad of four Content Designers within our broader Product Design function. Our wider department has more than 30 people across Product Design, UX Research, Content Design and Technical Documentation.
Hybrid Working Model: All of our offices globally operate on a 3‑day per week onsite model (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
