Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is recruiting a part-time In Store Cleaner at the Sainsbury's Taunton store. The role is 14.5 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.71.

Shifts cover early mornings, afternoons and weekends; an immediate start is available. Arcus cleaners keep Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe, carrying out tasks from mopping and vacuuming to toilet cleaning and outside trolley bay maintenance.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied
• An eye for detail and cleanliness
• A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery
• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean
• At times you could be in-store cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or even oven canopies
• At other times you could be working outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Taunton store on a permanent basis. 14.5 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.71.

Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week and here at Arcus we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Our shift patterns consist of early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is:

Sunday: 06:00 to 09:30

Monday: 05:00 to 08:00

Tuesday: 05:00 to 07:00

Wednesday: 05:00 to 07:00

Thursday: 05:00 to 07:00

Friday: Day off

Saturday: 05:00 to 07:00

You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsburys stores. Tasks will consist of but are not limited to:

• Operating machinery
