Job summary

Arcus FM is hiring an In Store Cleaner at Sainsbury's Denton on a permanent part-time basis. The role is 16 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.71, and an immediate start is available.

You will join a team responsible for daily cleaning tasks across the store, with various shift patterns including early mornings, afternoons and weekends. Training is provided and overtime opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied.
• An eye for detail and cleanliness.
• A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery as required.
• Carry out cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping and sweeping to keep stores clean.
• In-store cleaning of toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or oven canopies when needed.
• Clean trolley bays and exterior areas, keeping leaves and debris clear.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are applied.

At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Denton store on a permanent basis. 16 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.71.

Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week and here at Arcus we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Our shift patterns consist of early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is:

• Sunday: Day off
• Monday: 05:30 to 10:30
• Tuesday: 05:30 to 10:30
• Wednesday: Day off
• Thursday: 05:30 to 12:30
• Friday: Day off
• Saturday: Day off

You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsburys stores. Tasks will consist of but are not limited to:

• Operating machinery
• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean.
• At times you could be in-store cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or even oven canopies
• At other times you could be working outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

Arcus will support you through full training

What will you need?
