Job description

The successful candidate will be a hardworking, dependable and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. You will be confident in prioritising workloads, making sound decisions under pressure, and ensuring high standards are consistently maintained across all areas of operation. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for effectively delegating tasks, supporting and motivating team members, and taking ownership of day-to-day service delivery. A strong commitment to maintaining safe working practices, quality standards and operational excellence is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key to this role. You will be an enthusiastic team player, capable of building positive working relationships with colleagues, patients, visitors and stakeholders. Flexibility
professionalism and a customer-focused approach are vital, along with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Experience of using Microsoft Office applications would be advantageous, as would previous experience of managing and developing large teams within a busy service environment. Previous supervisory experience is essential, together with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer care and supporting continuous service improvement. Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days; this will include working 2 out of 3 weekends. 7.5 hour shifts are between the hours of 7.00am - 8.00pm. Unsocial enhancements are paid. Interview Date: To Be Confirmed. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. For current NHS employees this post could be a secondment opportunity.
