A leading theme park and resort in Warrington is looking for a Retail and Catering Manager to oversee operations, ensuring outstanding service and profitability. The role requires strong leadership, management experience, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
We are looking for a fun and versatile Retail and Catering Manager to join our Management Team at Gulliver’s Theme Park & Resort in Warrington.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for all retail, food, and beverage aspects of the business. You will lead, manage, and inspire a team of approximately 90 members across the Resort with the goal to maximize sales, profit, service, and quality. By leading your supervisors and their teams, you will deliver outstanding service, create an exceptional guest experience, and foster a positive work environment. Building strong relationships with other departments and collaborating to enhance the overall resort guest experience is essential, along with continuously improving based on feedback.
Interviews will take place on Wednesday 18th June 2025.
Experience working in high-volume retail and catering outlets, preferably within attractions, leisure, hospitality, or large holiday park environments, is essential.
