bp retail is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in Swindon. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering friendly, proactive service while following bp policies to ensure safety for customers and colleagues.

No prior retail experience is required as training is provided online and on the job; you will learn about our promotions, loyalty schemes and store operations, including the Wild Bean Café service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of yourself, colleagues and customers per bp policies.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks from the Wild Bean Café.
• Receive deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock tasks.
• Support bp offers, promotions and loyalty schemes.
• Carry out cleaning duties in-store, facilities and forecourt.
