Job summary

BP Retail is hiring a Customer Service Assistant in Wimborne Minster to support customers with a friendly, efficient service. You will work as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a fast-paced store environment and delivering bp’s standards for service and safety.

No prior retail experience is required as on-the-job training is provided, and the role includes handling Wild Bean Café items, stocking, and participating in promotions and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer safety and bp policies are followed.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.

• Prepare and serve food and drinks from Wild Bean Café.
• Handle deliveries, restock and stock management tasks.
• Support bp offers, promotions and the loyalty scheme; assist with store duties.
