Retail Business Analyst – New Langholm Retail Systems Business Analyst/Project Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen within retail, working for a busy in-house IT department for a Business Analyst/Project Manager. Key Responsibilities:
- Take accountability for planning, structuring, leading, and executing projects to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time to business units.
- Initiate project/business analysis workshops that utilize best practice techniques to encourage innovative thinking and define systems and processes aligned with strategic goals.
- Coordinate communication between business units, suppliers, and IT development teams to deliver optimal solutions to end users.
- Ensure all developments comply with the Group's IT strategy, processes, and Information Security policies.
- Produce project proposals and plans that meet current and future business needs, managing execution within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Manage risks and report progress regularly to stakeholders, ensuring quality assurance and project integrity.
- Analyze new operational and informational requirements, collaborating with users to define solutions that add value.
- Develop and implement best practice solutions, ensuring compliance with change control and security policies.
- Manage training and support programs for staff involved in development and operations.
