Blue Square is seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to lead our Shark Ninja field-based brand team across multiple UK locations. You will mentor Brand Ambassadors, drive campaigns, and ensure flawless store execution while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will manage staffing, logistics, reporting, and daily operations, build brand love with every interaction, and smash sales targets through coaching and data-driven insights.
