The role requires retail management experience, a confident, energetic leader with strong communication, logistics and reporting skills, and a full UK driving licence with weekend availability.

• Coach and support the team to smash sales targets and deliver flawless execution.
• Oversee staffing, logistics, and day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
• Capture and share campaign insights with daily reporting and best-practice sharing.
