CPM UK is seeking a Brand Ambassador for Asda locations in Reading and surrounding areas. You will sample products, create buzz, and engage customers on flexible shifts (Thu-Sun). The role suits students and grads seeking fit-around studies, offering mileage paid and PAYE pay.

Be the face of popular brands and drive memorable shopper experiences with interactive tech in-store. Ideal candidates are energetic, tech-confident and outgoing, able to set up displays and assist with on-site event

• Experience as Brand Ambassador or in promotional campaigns.
• Energetic and outgoing with a comfort in the spotlight.
• Tech-confident and able to use smartphones and apps in-store.

Join us as a Brand Ambassador for Asda and earn £16.28 p/h plus mileage by representing awesome brands in-store! You’ll sample products, create buzz, and engage with customers on flexible shifts available Thursdays through Sundays — Ideal for students and graduates looking for flexible hours that fit around your studies. CPM are looking for energetic and tech-savvy Brand Ambassadors to represent well-known household brands at vibrant in-store events in Asda locations near you.

Reading, United Kingdom, RG6

Territory covering

Lower Earley, High Wycombe, Farnborough, Slough and surrounding areas

This is more than just an in-store food sampling role – it’s your chance to bring products to life, create memorable customer experiences, and leave a lasting brand impression.

What you’ll be doing:

• Offer in-store food sampling experiences to entice shoppers and showcase product quality first-hand.
• Host interactive in-store events that excite shoppers and draw attention to amazing products.
• Act as the face of the brand, delivering engaging and memorable customer interactions.
• Set up branded spaces, including digital displays, banners, and promotional materials.
• Use tech tools like QR codes, mobile apps, and digital screens to support and elevate activations.
• Provide informed, confident answers to customer questions and encourage product trials.
• Ensure smooth event execution and liaise with the campaign lead to resolve any hiccups.

About You:

• A natural people-person with previous Brand Ambassador or promotional campaign experience
• Energetic and outgoing – you love being in the spotlight and speaking with the public
• Tech-confident – you’re comfortable using smartphones, apps, and interactive tech in-store
• Flexible, professional, and always ready to bring a positive vibe
• Able to take the initiative and troubleshoot if needed
• Physically capable of setting up event kits, including pop-ups and light gear

Job Details:

• Rate: £16.28/hour (including holiday pay)
• Mileage: All business mileage paid at 0.32ppm
• Schedule: Thursday to Sunday (flexible shifts between 09:30–18:30)
• Location: Covering Asda stores in your surrounding area (1 store/day)
• Contract: Ongoing temporary work – pick up shifts that suit your schedule
• Pay Type: PAYE
