Job summary

CPM UNITED KINGDOM LIMITED is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent well-known brands at Asda locations near you. The role focuses on in-store product sampling, interactive events, and delivering memorable customer experiences.

You’ll work Thursdays through Sundays, with flexibility for students and graduates to fit around studies. The Birmingham area and nearby Tamworth, Minworth, and surrounding zones are covered.

Qualifications

• Energetic, outgoing and people-oriented.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with smartphones and apps.
• Able to set up event kits and operate promo materials.
• Experience as Brand Ambassador or promotional campaigns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Offer in-store food sampling experiences to entice shoppers and showcase product quality first-hand.
• Host interactive in-store events that excite shoppers and draw attention to amazing products.
• Act as the face of the brand, delivering engaging and memorable customer interactions.
• Set up branded spaces, including digital displays, banners, and promotional materials.
• Use QR codes, mobile apps, and digital screens to support and elevate activations.
• Provide informed, confident answers to customer questions and encourage product trials.
• Ensure smooth event execution and liaise with the campaign lead to resolve hiccups.

Ideal location: Birmingham, United Kingdom, B43 Territory covering: Tamworth, Queslett, Minworth, Cape Hill, St Matthews, Perry Barr, Bloxwich and surrounding areas This is more than just an in-store food sampling role - it's your chance to bring products to life, create memorable customer experiences, and leave a lasting brand impression.
