Job summary

CPM is recruiting Brand Ambassadors to represent Asda at in-store events across Birmingham. You’ll sample products, engage customers, and create buzz on flexible shifts. Earn £16.28 per hour plus mileage.

The role suits students and graduates seeking part-time hours that fit around studies, with training and ongoing support from our Staffing Manager. Location is Birmingham and surrounding Asda stores; transport via car encouraged as mileage is paid at 0.32ppm.

Qualifications

• Previous Brand Ambassador or promotional campaign experience.
• Energetic and outgoing; comfortable speaking with the public.
• Tech-confident; comfortable using smartphones and apps in-store.
• Flexible and professional with a positive vibe.
• Physically capable of setting up event kits and gear.

Responsibilities

• Offer in-store food sampling experiences to entice shoppers and showcase product quality first-hand.
• Host interactive in-store events that excite shoppers and draw attention to products.
• Act as the face of the brand, delivering engaging customer interactions.
• Set up branded spaces, including digital displays, banners, and promotional materials.
• Use QR codes, mobile apps, and digital screens to support activations.
• Provide informed answers to customer questions and encourage product trials.
• Ensure smooth event execution and liaise with the campaign lead to resolve hiccups.
