Job summary

We Buy Any Car is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in the United Kingdom. The role offers a £28,200 salary per year with OTE £35,220, a strong bonus scheme, and a 42.5-hour week on a rotational pattern including weekends.

You will act as the main contact for customers, manage branch operations, handle appraisals, pricing, and deliveries, and work with back-office teams to meet targets. Experience in a target-driven, customer-facing role and a full UK driving licence are required;

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required.

Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.
