Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact, coordinating with internal partners as needed.
• Maintain accurate transaction processing, account openings, and adherence to policies.
