MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  1. Open and close the store following the correct company procedures.
  2. Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback.
  3. Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance.
  4. Deliver total customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey.
  5. Help ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines.
  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  7. Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in the store.
  8. Perform other duties as required by the management team.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
  1. Be a team player.
  2. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  3. Have a passion for retail and sales.
  4. Show a desire to learn.
  5. Perform basic maths and understand retail operational processes.
  6. Understand POS register systems.
  7. Possess effective communication skills.
