MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  1. Open and close the store following the correct company procedures
  2. Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback
  3. Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
  4. Deliver total customer satisfaction from entry to exit, ensuring a positive end-to-end customer journey
  5. Help maintain a commercial store environment following company guidelines
  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures
  7. Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in the store
  8. Perform other duties as required by management
