Job summary

POP MART is seeking a customer-focused team member for our Cambridge store to deliver excellent service and cover cashier duties. You will help maintain visual merchandising, handle daily opening and closing tasks, and work flexible hours including weekends.

Join POP MART’s fast-paced, multicultural team and contribute to a dynamic European retail presence for iconic IP-based products. Prior retail experience is a plus, with emphasis on guest experience and teamwork.

• Fluent in professional English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
• Manage the cashier point’s daily opening and closing procedures.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Manage visual merchandising and product displays, ensuring the store’s tidiness and cleanliness.
