Job summary

Moto is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to join our team at Swansea Services. You will help customers, process orders, and ensure our standards are met in a busy rest-stop environment. The role offers a £12.90 per hour rate and 14-hour contracts, with weekly pay and a strong focus on customer care.

You’ll help with deliveries, displays, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store. Teamwork, adaptability, and delivering memorable experiences are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm welcome.
• Process orders and requests promptly and accurately.

• Receive deliveries and replenish displays for maximum product availability.
• Keep workspace and store clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Supervise adult gaming areas as applicable.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote teamwork.
• Provide a memorable shopping experience that encourages return visits.
• Assist with store prep for the next trading day.

What you’ll be doing as a Retail Assistant:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Maintaining supervision of our adult gaming areas
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
