Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Truro is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to welcome customers, assist with sizes and styles, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You’ll help maintain an inviting shop floor and support stock delivery and pricing processes.

You’ll participate in varied shifts, enjoy employee discounts, and have access to wellbeing and development opportunities within a fashion-forward retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floor that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products onto the sales floor, correctly priced.

Pay rate: £13.00 per hour
Employment type: Permanent
Job type: Part time only
Contracted hours: 8 hours per week
Shift pattern: Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings on weekends only – all will be discussed at interview.
Availability Required: Shifts available between 6:00 - 18:30

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced – all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
