Primark Epsom is seeking a Retail Assistant to support customers with size questions, purchases and returns, while keeping the shop floor tidy and well stocked.

This part-time role offers Sunday and Saturday shifts (14 hours per week) with a competitive salary. You’ll enjoy employee discounts, a generous pension, wellbeing initiatives, and opportunities for development.

• Receive, unpack and price deliveries, ensuring products are ready for display.

Pay rate: £13.71 GBP per hour

Contracted hours: 14 hours per week
Shift pattern: Sunday: 10:30-17:00, Saturday: 11:00-18:00

• You must have right to work eligibility in the UK. Please verify the contracted hours for this role if you have visa restrictions that limit the hours you can work.
• Applicants must be aged 18 or over where the role requires regular working hours before 6:00am or after 11:00pm, due to legal restrictions on the working hours of young workers.

What you’ll do

As a Retail Assistant you’ll be making customer’s day, every day. Here’s a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced – all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
