Superdrug Stores Plc is seeking an Assistant Store Manager Designate to support across stores in the area. You will work with the store manager to recruit and coach teams, drive sales through promotions and merchandising, and ensure stock control and operational excellence.

The role involves travel between stores, with training provided to assume a permanent position while developing your career in retail management. A driving licence and customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail management or similar leadership role.
• Full UK driving licence preferred for multi-store travel.
• Experience in motivating teams to meet/exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, inspire & motivate a team to exceed targets.
• Drive sales through promotions, merchandising and stock control.
• Create a fun, engaging environment for customers and colleagues.
• Ensure operational excellence including audits, budgets and stock management.
• Travel between stores in the area; strong communication with store managers.
