You will lead teams, drive sales, manage stock and audits, and create a lively, customer-focused environment. This full-time role offers 39 hours per week, a salary up to 31,600 per year, and travel across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a target focus.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services with training provided (optional).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
