Job summary

Regatta is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Cheddar store, working 30 hours per week. You will lead by example, delivering personalised customer service and supporting the Store Manager to maintain high standards.

Starting pay is GBP 13.60 per hour with a Trailblazers development programme, a monthly bonus, store-wide incentives and generous holiday provisions. This role offers practical development within a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising and motivating team members within a retail environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class customer experience tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain a friendly, inviting store atmosphere for regular and new customers.
• Replenish and display clothing and accessories with merchandising skills.
• Provide expert product knowledge to advise customers for adventures.
• Support Store Manager with a motivational and supportive approach to store standards.
