Harry Potter store Platform 9¾ at King's Cross Station

Retail Assistant

40 hours per week - 5 days a week across Monday-Sunday via monthly rota

Normal hours of work are between 7am and 10:30pm

Situated at Platform 9 ¾, King’s Cross Station, our team delivers extraordinary customer service and self-developed product as unique as our location. • Previous retail experience or experience working with the public (if a school leaver, work experience is desirable)

• Enthusiasm and passion for, as well as excellent knowledge of, the Harry Potter brand.

Terms & Conditions

Contracted to 40 hours per week. You will be required to work weekends and Bank Holidays as part of this working pattern. Weekend work includes both Saturday and Sunday. Your normal hours of work are between 7am and 10:30pm.

This role includes working on tills, interacting with customers, replenishing our shelves, and working at the photo opportunity on the station concourse. Retail Assistants will need to work across all these functions at different times.
