Job summary

Linde plc in the UK invites you to join our store teams where safety and service come first. You will deliver best-in-class customer service to retail customers, support promotions, and help the store meet its sales targets.

What you will enjoy doing

• This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the heart of our organisation, providing the ‘best in class’ customer service to our retail customers in one of our stores. You will have the chance to network with others, learn and develop, whilst promoting our brand and values in the community
• You will actively contribute to making the store a success and ensure it meets its sales targets by participating in activities such as national promotions
• Working as part of a hardworking and close-knit team you will take pride in your work and the store
• You will work in a safety-first environment, where you will actively promote safe practices and information to all and assist the store manager where necessary with any internal tasks
• You will have the opportunity to make a difference by bringing new ideas and improvements to the store
• As part of this role, there will be an element of manual handling and forklift driving but full training will be provided by us, with the sufficient equipment to support you in doing the job safely

This role offers a salary of £34,000, circa £3,000 on target annual bonus, and a competitive benefits package.
