Job Description:

Role Title - Retail Assistant

- Inverness - 4.5 hours per week - Temp until May 2025

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence.

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we offer:

* £11.64 per hour

* Free jewellery – worth £25-£55 per month!

* Flexible working hours – work anytime during the day that suits you

You will be based in Dunfermline but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader, who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable, as we use various apps to facilitate work.

Job role:

You should be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude.

In-store activities include:

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
• Receiving and displaying new stock
• Setting up promotional activities
• Collaborating with management teams to enhance sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required; experience with fashion brands is a plus.
• Sales or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with operating systems Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+ is necessary.
