Qualifications

• Ability to undertake reasonable lifting duties.
• Literate and numerate.
• Flexible attitude to work.
• Demonstrate good customer service skills.
• Ability to provide a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of Horsham & Crawley charity shops.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support transactions as needed.
• Keep stock organized and maintain shop presentation.
