Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Weybridge is seeking a Retail Assistant on a 6-week fixed-term contract, 12 hours per week. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and deliver outstanding service.

The role requires flexibility Monday to Sunday and confidence using tablets and digital tools. In return you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of £13.70, 28 days holiday including bank holidays, plus benefits such as Virtual GP, health testing kit after 6 months, life assurance, and staff

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
