Job summary

Holland & Barrett in the United Kingdom is hiring a Retail Assistant for a permanent part-time role of 8 hours per week at £13.17 per hour. You’ll be trained to help customers with wellness products and deliver outstanding service in a welcoming store environment.

You will maintain shelves, support promotions and collaborate with your team to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
