Primark Stores Limited at Primark Teesside Park in Thornaby-on-Tees is hiring a Retail Assistant on a temporary, part-time basis. End date: 02/01/2027. Contracted hours range from 8 to 20 per week with varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, all discussed at interview.

You will help customers with sizes, styles, purchases and returns, keep shelves neat, and process till transactions. Salary is £13.00 per hour with employee discounts and flexible shifts.

What you'll do

As a Retail Assistant you'll be making customers' day, every day. Here's a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with items such as sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
