Job summary

Primark Shrewsbury is recruiting a Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract ending 03-01-2027. This part-time role offers 8–25 hours per week with varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, all discussed at interview, and a pay rate of £13.00 per hour.

You will help customers with sizes and styles, keep the shop floor tidy, and handle till queries and returns. Primark offers flexible hours, a pension scheme, an employee discount, wellbeing initiatives and opportunities

What you’ll do

As a Retail Assistant you’ll be making customer’s day, every day. Here’s a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced – all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
