Job summary

Holland & Barrett is hiring a Retail Assistant to create welcoming, knowledgeable experiences for every customer. The role offers part‑time hours (10 per week) with a £13.17 per hour rate and permanent contract. You’ll receive training, support, and opportunities to grow within a wellness-focused environment.

Sunday 10am - 4pm and Thursday 2pm - 7pm

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
