Primark Tunbridge Wells is hiring a Retail Assistant on a part-time, fixed-term basis. The role offers 8 to 16 hours per week with varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

You’ll support customers with sizes, styles and returns while keeping the shop floor appealing and prices up to date. Join us to deliver a fast and friendly till experience and be part of a team that values customer care, fashion sense and a flexible work pattern.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 or over for late/early shifts where required.
• Must have right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly service at till points and handle queries, voids and returns.
• Receive, unpack and price deliveries and keep stock on sales floor.

Contracted hours: 8 to 16 hours per week
Shift pattern: Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends – all will be discussed at interview.

What you’ll do

As a Retail Assistant you’ll be making customer’s day, every day. Here’s a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced – all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
