Job summary

Primark Perth is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to help customers with sizes or styles, assist with purchases or returns, and keep the shop floor looking inviting and well stocked.

You’ll work varied shifts with 8–22 hours per week, at £13.00 per hour on a fixed-term contract ending 9 January 2027. Primark offers a supportive environment, employee discounts, pension options and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for roles with early/later shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly till service and handle queries and refunds.

Shift pattern: Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends - all will be discussed at interview.

What you’ll do

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
