What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll make customers’ day, every day. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service: assisting with sizes, styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up the shop floor: full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, latest fashions, organized stockroom
• Processing transactions efficiently at the till, handling queries, voids, and returns
• Receiving and checking deliveries, pricing, and stocking products
