Primark Stores Limited in Liverpool is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract until 2 January 2027. You will be the face of the store, helping customers with fashion choices and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.

The role includes varied shifts, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to develop your skills in customer service, stock presentation, and till operations while contributing to a high street fashion experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and assisting with sizes, purchases, and returns.
• Setting up an attractive shop floor with full shelves and tidy fitting rooms.
• Delivering a fast, friendly till experience and processing queries and voids.
• Receiving, unpacking, and pricing new deliveries to ensure correct shelf placement.

Contracted hours: 8 to 30 per week
Shift pattern: Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends – all will be discussed at interview.

What you’ll do

As a Retail Assistant you’ll be making customer’s day, every day. Here’s a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floor that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products onto the sales floor, ensuring they are correctly priced and meet our high standards.
