Aramark UK is recruiting a Retail Assistant for the Lisburn site (BT28 3NP). You will deliver excellent customer service, handle tills, replenish stock and help maintain a clean, welcoming retail space in a busy hospitality environment.

The role requires reliability, a friendly manner, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. DBS check and security vetting may be required; applications welcome via [e-mail].

Formación

Job Description

Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Retail Assistant to join our team at Lisburn, BT28 3NP. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and reliable individual looking for flexible work within a prestigious and busy hospitality environment.

As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the retail outlet. You will be responsible for serving customers, replenishing stock, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and helping to create a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with their purchases
• Operate the till and handle transactions accurately
• Replenish stock and ensure displays are well presented
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety throughout the retail area
• Support the team with opening and closing procedures
• Assist with stock checks and inventory management
• Follow all company policies and health and safety procedures

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
• A friendly, positive, and professional approach to customer service
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, flexible, and willing to work evenings and weekends
• Basic numeracy skills and confidence handling cash transactions
