Company Shop Group is recruiting for a part-time role at the Swarcliffe Community Centre in Leeds. You will join a busy retail team, delivering excellent customer service in a challenging environment.

The position is a 16-hour week contract, with shifts across four days, and offers training to new staff. The role is suitable for individuals who enjoy meeting people and putting members at the heart of the shopping experience.

About Us:

Company Shop Group is the largest commercial redistributor of surplus food and household products in the UK, enabling some of the biggest retailers, manufacturers, food service and logistics providers to unlock value from surplus stock, which may have otherwise gone to waste.

Details of location and shift pattern:

Location: Community Shop Swarcliffe, Swarcliffe Community Centre, 65 Stanks Gardens, Leeds, LS14 5LS

Hours: 16 hour contract per week, working 4 hours shifts over 4 days. The hours of work are between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 3pm on a Saturday

Please note: the successful candidate will be required to be flexible with their working hours.

Rate of pay: £12.75 per hour, paid every 4 weeks

Contract type: This is a fixed term contract for 3 months to cover long term sick

We are looking for hard working individuals that are enthusiastic and enjoy a challenge. Someone who enjoys meeting people and puts our members at the heart of everything we do, ensuring that each and every one of our members gets the shopping experience they deserve. In this role, you will work as part of a team within a busy, retail environment. Previous retail experience may be useful, however full training will be provided.
