Job summary

Leeds University Union is seeking a Retail Assistant to join the Gear and Union Shop teams. Gear sells University of Leeds branded clothing while Union Shop offers stationery, greetings cards and gifts. You will assist in the day-to-day operations of Gear and Union Shop and help customers with their purchases and queries.

You will also maintain the visual standards of both stores and contribute to a vibrant retail environment located at the heart of the campus.

Job description

As Retail Assistant in Gear and Union Shop, you'll be joining our highly successful and vibrant Retail team at Leeds University Union. Gear is our clothing store which exclusively sells University of Leeds branded clothing and Union Shop is our newest store, which sells stationery, greetings cards and gifts., Assist in the day-to-day operations of Gear and Union Shop.

Assist customers with their purchases and queries.

Maintain the visual standards of both stores.
