Job summary

ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services is hiring a Retail Assistant in Ipswich to deliver exceptional customer service on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). You will join a team that prides itself on quality food, people, and service, with shifts typically across 5 days out of 7.

You will support a fast-paced environment, strive to progress within a company that rewards its people, and represent Defence with a friendly, professional approach.

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering excellent service.
• Reliable availability to work 5 out of 7 days including weekends.
• Comfortable working in a Defence/Government environment.
