Contracted hours: hours per week
Shift pattern: Contract is a 5 out of 7 days, 1 weekend off in 4 weeks working on a 4-week rotating roster. Hours are Monday to Friday 2 pm to 6 pm, Saturday 2 pm to 6 pm, and Sunday 12 pm to 4 pm. 5 days a week, hours per week.

What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be making our customers’ day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:

• Providing customers with an amazing experience by helping them with sizes, styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up an attractive shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and the latest fashions, as well as keeping a tidy and well-organised stockroom
• Delivering a fast, friendly, and efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting products onto the shop floor and ensuring they’re correctly priced, all while maintaining high standards
